She told me I made her overwhelmed and I should get out of her office and find another dr. When I ask if she is my dr how can she be overwhelmed with my issue , she stated she is not a dr only an np. I made complaint at the desk and was told I had issues with the other provider. She also made false statements that I was talking about the receptionist . The receptionist did not talk to me or communicate with me. I had my partner check me in. The Np told the front desk I was talking about receptionist that’s why she was upset. The np did not greet me she went to her laptop and ask me two questions and proceeded to leave. I aske her about my meds ,she state she would do it at her desk and that I should let her know if insurance cover my meds so she don’t waste time.

As much as I hate going to the doctors, I feel comfortable with Dr Gowda. She’s easy to talk to, and I feel she really cares about her patients.

Dr. Gowda is the best Dr. In the state of Massachusetts! She has always been very hands on with not only my Primary Care but has also worked with my Neurologist and Neurosurgeon to make sure my health and day to day life is well taken care of.

Dr. Gawda always provides detailed examination and diagnosis of my physical condition. Especially for any lab. test indicators that exceed the normal level, She always makes every effort to treat and provide health advice. So, my corresponding indicators get continuously improved. Through Dr. Gawda's efforts and collaboration with specialized hospitals and doctors as necessary, I am able to receive timely treatment for any symptoms that may arise. As a person of 76 year's old, I am maintaining a very good health condition till now.

I was seen by Stephanie Gill NP on Friday. I was seen right on time for my appointment . I had a sore red right eye and Ms Gill assessed the area, stated it was a stye and ordered an antibiotic ointment 4 times a day for 5 days. She also recommended a soak of the eye prior to applying the antibiotic with Johnsons Bsby shampoo and warm water. She asked about pain and explained how to apply the ointment to the area. She was thorough and kind and said to call if area worsened.

She's always been very good with me!! No Complaints at all.

Stephanie Gill diagnosed my medical problem perfectly. X-rays were ordered and she prescribed antibiotics for an infection in the area of left elbow. I so appreciated her callback to let me know no breaks in bone were found. Today I feel so much better and even though still in pain antibiotics are working. The swelling, redness and heat on the affected area is greatly diminished. I can finally move my arm and have not needed pain meds. She advised me to call my surgeon to let him know I'll be on antibiotics for ten days in case my prescheduled surgery for next Friday needs to be postponed. I'm so impressed with her expertise and efficient care of my medical problem.

Dr. Gowda is very good, but when a facility for the developmental disabilities fails to follow up on her orders, she needs to report this to the Disabled Disabilities Commission as a matter of course. It isn’t a good idea to chalk it up to a random mistake. There is a systematic problem in Massachusetts with this.
