Billing Policy

Our practice is committed to providing the best treatment for our patients and we charge what is usual and customary for our area. We accept most insurance plans. You are responsible for co-pay, deductibles, past due balance and pay for non-covered services at the time of your visit. We accept cash, check and credit-cards for your convenience.

Private Pay or Commercial Insurance (HMO and PPO plans)

Patient is responsible for all deductibles and co-pays

Medicare, Medicare Advantage & Supplement plans and Medex

Medicare Insurance plans are accepted. The patient is responsible for the annual deductible, as well as, 20% not covered by Medicare. Medex, Medicare Advantage and Supplement plans varies and you are responsible for any balance.

MassHealth Plans

We participate with Mass Health Standard plan (PCC) and Tufts Health Direct plans. Claims will be submitted directly to the participating plan.

Payment is expected in full for patients without Insurance Coverage at the time of service. Payment plan may be discussed with office manager

  • Wednesday: 8am to 5pm
  • Thursday: 8am to 5pm
  • Friday: 8am to 5pm
  • First Saturday of the month: 8:30am to noon
  • Lunch Hour Closed: 12pm – 1pm
